Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations made with a 24-hour limit will be penalized with 20% of the reservation value.
- All cancellations made with a 12 hour limit will be penalized with 50% of the reservation value.
- All cancellations made with less than 12 hours will be penalized with 100% of the reservation value.
We do not provide transportation services for parties or bachelor parties, for this reason in our trips the consumption of alcohol is prohibited, for passengers and drivers, according to Texas laws.
Due to internal policies, smoking is not accepted inside our vehicles.
* Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
* The driver has the right to terminate the Services without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client (s)).
* It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.
* Smoking is not permitted in our cars.
Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Outstanding balance must be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the ride.
We may include charges but not limited to:
1-Meet and Greetings performance.
2-Extra stops.
3-Parking and Tolls.
4-Waiting time charges.
5-Night pickups (11:00 PM- 06:00 AM).
6-Gratuity: Up to 10% of the total charges.
You have up to 45 minutes of free time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for International flights from the time the plane is originally scheduled to land. Additional time will be calculated at $ 15.00 per each 1/4 hour.
